Selmer Style - Gypsy Jazz

Grande Bouche

The Larkspur Grande Bouche Model offers a greater elegance then the original wide mouthed Selmer Model. With its smaller sound hole, it functions as a punchy lead instrument as well as packing a hefty growl in the rhythm section. It features a turnovoz which lowers the frequency of the cavity and brings out the bass in the instrument. Available in the traditional short scale of 650 as well as the more modern 660.

Petite Bouche

The Petite Bouche is the most classic of the Manouche models. The Larkspur model has a slightly larger sound hole then the Selmers, which opens the sound and makes it a more versatile instrument. It features a turnovoz which lowers the frequency of the cavity and brings out the bass in the instrument. Available in the traditional long scale of 670 as well as the more modern 660.

F_Hole

Larkspur’s unique take on the gypsy jazz f-hole guitar is an enormous success. This model is the current favorite of the builder for its overall perfection. The newly developed bracing pattern for this instrument allows more of the top to be active in the production of sound. It’s the loudest, the warmest, the most balanced! This guitar will surely stand out in a jam.
